Dry hire is when you hire just the facilities of a bar without the supply of drink; this often includes the bar structure and equipment with or without staff instead of our full cash bar service with drinks. Why should I Dry Hire?
Typical reasons behind wanting to dry hire are circumstances where you want to provide all of the drinks for your guests or perhaps have your own staff. This also works when you might be having a more relaxed event and you’re happy for guests to help themselves.
1. Our Bars

Raptor Bar
The Raptor bar derives its namesake from its official Raptor Tough finish that coats the bar in an ultra-protective layer. This bar unit folds in on itself and is quick to assemble with the bar top set back from a wide service shelf, perfect for till units or mixing drinks.
Pro Bar
The Pro Bar is our most versatile bar unit - offering modular stainless steel segments that can accommodate additional shelving and equipment such as ice-wells and speedrails for efficient service. The standard unit with 3 sections is 1.5 Metres in length.
Self-Service Kids Bar
Our unique Kids Bar provides the freedom of having a separate child-friendly bar alongside the main 'adults-only' bar at your event. This is a fun, statement piece that, once set up, is ready to go as and when you need it. 2 tap capacity for squash or soft drinks, runs on a 13 AMP Plug.
Self-Service Piano Bar
Hire out our one of a kind self-service Piano Bar unit. With up to 4 tap slots available, treat your guests to a host of drink options from fruity cocktails to branded beers & fizzy prosecco. Ideal for smaller events or cocktail hours.
Trailer Bar
Our most popular option for outdoor events is our 70 year old converted Welsh stock trailer - often mistaken for a horse-box - complete with fridges, tills, on board Wi-Fi and a draught system. It was built from the ground up to accommodate two staff at a time and allow for speedy service.
2. Refrigeration
Refrigeration - our range of cooling appliances and specialist bar-top equipment that will kick your event up a notch without bringing the heat. For further information regarding sizing and quantities please contact our team.
Undercounter Fridge
A mainstay of our bar setups, our undercounter double fridges are our most popular hire for events, boasting secure bottle racks, easy-to-access sliding doors and plenty of workspace on top to allow for display, service and dispensing.
Tall Fridge
Our tallest option is ideal for when floorspace is limited. Display fridge suitable not just for the bar but also for catering requirements. Doors open outward; allow for plenty of space in front of this unit.
Draught System
Our portable draught system is a powerhouse with two taps and a choice of couplers. It does not require a gas feed making setup simpler. Compatible kegs can be sourced at an additional fee for a complete setup.
Slush Machine
A party favourite, our slush machine is capable of chilling mixes from concentrate in 25-30 minutes. Two tank capacity. Can be used for premixed frozen cocktails. Slush concentrate and supplies are available separately.
Small Coolbox 28L
(Empty) These nifty Ice Coolers are the smaller cousin of our Igloo Chests. With a 28L capacity they are much smaller and can be a more agile option for smaller bar setups or outdoor events. Handle 'locks' lid into place.
Igloo Coolbox 114L
(Empty) Our Igloo brand Ice Chests have a total capacity of 114L. They are ideal for keeping drinks on ice during dispensing and can be used for your backbar to bridge the gap between arrival and fridges reaching optimum temperature.
Ice Trolley
This insulated trolley has an ice capacity of 100kg. Ideal for larger events and festivals. 6 Large Internal bucket dividers allow for easy transportation - or fill with no dividers and scoop away! Includes 100 Kilos of ice.
Chest Freezer
Single unit chest freezer with 99L capacity for ice and ingredient storage at your event. All of our freezers have counter-balanced lids for safety as standard. Larger freezers available on request.
Fridge Trailer
Hire a refrigerated trailer for your next event. Perfect for transporting beverages that are sensitive to temperature, or serving straight-away with little to no waiting times. Lead times may vary on the hire of this unit, please ask our team.
Mobile Stockroom
Hire our mobile stockroom (no refrigeration) for your next event. Ideal for venues where space is tight or internal rooms offer little to no room to maneouvre. Our trailer has a full CCTV and alarm setup with front door access and a sliding door at the rear.
Ice
Ice is available for purchase from us with your hire for situations where bulky plug-in equipment is unsuitable and, with our many coolbox options, you can opt to have your ice delivered inside these units for simpler setup on the day.

Small Equipment
Our Small Equipment Package includes everything you would potentially forget for your bar service. Suitable for 1-3 bartenders, hire our box of measures, ice scoops, bottle openers and more.
Cocktail Equipment
Our Cocktail Equipment package includes everything required to mix cocktails for one bartender. You can expect a shaker, bar spoon, jigger, strainer and more as part of this comprehensive kit.
Tea & Coffee Station
Our self-service tea and coffee unit comes with a central caddy and two insulated hot drinks dispensers. Ideal for setting up at the start of your event - consumables not included.
Draught Hire
Draught hire includes our Draught Unit for your chosen setup. For an additional cost we can source beer, prosecco and cocktail kegs for you ahead of your event date to make your draught fuss-free.
Bean To Cup Machine
Our Bean-To-Cup Coffee Machine is a whole unit capable of making long black coffee, lattes and hot water on demand. Built in milk dispenser. Fully automated, just put a cup underneath and press go!
Drinks Troughs
Display troughs of all shapes, materials and sizes are ideal for ice dispensing or displaying cans, water bottles and beer bottles. Get in touch to ask about our range - subject to availability.
Cooling / Heating
If you're looking for LPG gas powered heaters or large-scale fans then we have stock to heat things up and cool them down again. Tell us your requirements and we will do our best to assist you.
Beer Pong Hire
You can't go wrong with a game of Beer Pong! Hire our table, 22 red solo cups and 2 Ping Pong balls for your next event. Add in your favourite beers for hours of fun that practically runs itself!
Draught Hire

5. Staffing
You can't run a proper bar without proper staff! There are 'Working Conditions' for staff and licensing requirements which may affect your hire - please ask for full information.
